We want you to know that we're monitoring the situation closely and responding to the changes every day, because the health and safety of our staff and our customers is our top priority.
We'd like to share with you the steps we're taking to ensure we protect our staff, our customers, and your shopping experience, while sticking to the guidelines provided by the World Health Organisation and relevant Federal Governments.
At this stage, our store will remain open.
Our staff are continuing to practice safe and healthy hygiene, and we've rolled out extra cleaning and prevention measures across every touch point of our stores in an effort to continue to protect our staff and our community.
OUR SERVICE WORK
We're keeping our customers and technicians safe by implementing a non-contact service. This means our technicians will continue to do service work but we ask that you stay inside your home whilst our technician is there. If you need to communicate with our technician, please either call or email the store to pass on the message or leave a note for the technician onsite.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DELIVERY SERVICE?
We will also be offering delivery of chemicals within a 6km radius, for those who cannot make it into the store during this time. If you are in self isolation, please advise us accordingly. There will be an additional $33 delivery fee charged on top of your chemicals. Again, we will implement a non-contact service and pre-payments will be required over the phone. Given the updates we're receiving everyday these plans are likely to change, but what won't change is our commitment to our staff and customers. We're committed to keeping you updated, and providing you with a seamless shopping experience so you can concentrate on looking after yourself and your loved ones.
